What is covered in Rhythmix HoopDance/HoopChi Class?
No experience necessary! Each lesson begins with group basics for all, moving into one-on-one attention with detailed instruction for people at all levels. You will explore moving your body to energizing music, expanding your comfort level and movements according to your ability. We end each class with HoopChi, lifting the hoop off your body to stretch and tone through soothing movements that combine dance and Tai Chi-inspired movements with a hoop.

Where: Rhythmix Cultural Works, 2513 Blanding Ave. (One block East of Park St. Bridge) FREE street parking!
When: Mondays 6:30-7:30, through 2011 - Hoop dance/HoopChi lessons for all levels
Cost: Drop in Rate $20, Class series of four: $50
