2010 ALAMEDA Hoop Classes resume Sept 20, at Rhythmix, Monday Nights--6:30-7:30pm
Pre-register to ensure your space. Meet other hoopers, learn new moves, explore your body and discover new pleasure with hula hoops. This is not your 1960's hula hooping, for sure...Come prepared to smile while you sweat. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring water.
