Featuring new Hoop Routine Embracing the Void
Betty@LucasHooping.com or 415-370-3028
Hoop dancing is a full-body workout that tones not only your waist, but hips, thighs and arms as the hoop moves up, down and off your torso. This low-impact exercise often uses larger, heavy, adult hoops rather than small, light-weight hula-hoops. Smaller hoops are used more for off-body moves as in HoopChi or other Hoop routines like "Embracing the Void" where the hoop never spins around the waist.
- Hooping strengthens your core (stomach/abdominal muscles),
- tones your arms and thighs,
- improves posture and balance,
- is good for your bones and
- lifts your spirit through laughter and fun!
